Born in Cluses (France) in 1972, he works in Milan and New York and takes part in the major national and international exhibitions. Stampone has integrated the use of new media in artistic and educational projects aimed at social and environmental issues such Acquerelli per non sprecare la vita (watercolor not to waste the life) and Il perchè dell’ H2O, with the participation of 10,000 children, extended in 30 countries around the world in partnership with ProgettoMondo MLAL.
With the “Solstizio”project, for which he is one of the founders, he’s carrying on two artistic-educational projects, co-financed by the European Union, which develop in the territories of Italy, Poland, Croatia, Spain, Cyprus, Slovenia and Burkina Faso where will be realized four permanent installations in public places and three installations of art-relationship with the participation of 15,000 children.
He has just started up two works of global art entitled “Global Education” and “Greetings from L’Aquila” that will be transfigured with the project Solstice platform. He collaborates with the IULM of Milan, the University of Teramo, Federico II University of Naples, La Sapienza in Rome and the McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology in Toronto. He plans and carries on trials and research on art and new media with Alberto Abruzzese and Derrick De Kerchkove.
