He is an eclectic artist often working with “New-Media” and attracted by the most controversial and prickly issues affecting Italian society, which he tackles with irony and a dash of sarcasm. He splits his time between London (UK) and Asiago (Italy). In November 2007 he opened the first stage of the “BE SQUARE” exhibition at the Kunsthalle in Vienna, even creating the uniforms for the museum staff using a material produced especially for the occasion, which ironically and conceptually reworked the EU “Tartan”. He teaches at the Accademia de Belle Arti in Milan and is visiting professor at the Domus Academy and at the Ruskin School of Art at Oxford University.
His work has been exhibited on numerous occasions at important institutions such as the Fondazione Velan in Turin, la Fondazione Pomodoro in Milan, the Gamec in Bergamo, la Galleria civica d’Arte Contemporanea in Trento and the Museo Pecci in Prato. Exhibitions abroad include at the Kunstverein in Freiburg, the Kunsthalle in Vienna and the Chelsea Museum of Art in New York.
In 2011 his works were on show at the “RIELLO” exhibition at Galleria Fuckner in Ludwigsburg (Germany)and in Venice with “ORIGINAL RIELLO” at the Galleria Michela Rizzo curated by Martina Cavallarin.
