Alessandro Reggioli was born in Florence in 1971 where he lives and works.
In 1989 he received his diploma from the Liceo Artistico and in 1995 graduated from the Accademia di Belle arti in Firenze. Since 2003 he has been exhibiting in Florence and in the rest of Italy receiving critical acclaim from highly respected academics and critics such as Carlo Pedretti, Vincenzo Mollica and Daniela Marcheschi. Such recognition has made him more visible on the art scene all over Italy. In 2003 at Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan, in 2004 at the Pinacoteca civica in Bondeno (Ferrara), in 2007 at Certaldo at the Palazzo Pretorio. In 2008 in Fiesole in the Teatro Romano and the Museo Archeologico.
In 2010 in the Sala delle Colonne in Pontassieve and in 2011 he took part in the Sculpture Biennale in Roma. Finally in 2012 there was the 70th anniversary of contemporary art in Montecarlo and Alberetum, Prince Albert’s botanical garden on the Cote d’Azur. In March of this year he will have a solo show in Miami as part of the Toscana Divino Wine & Fashion Florence.
